Founded in 2016, Otovo has rapidly scaled its platform beyond the Nordics and it is currently operating in seven countries: Norway, Sweden, France, Spain, Poland, Italy and Germany. In addition to this Otovo’s software platform runs Holu, a Brazilian marketplace partially owned by Otovo. We won't stop until there’s local and clean energy in every home - and we need your help.

Otovo is headquartered in Oslo and listed on Euronext Growth, with a mandate to uplist to the main list on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

What you will do:

In Otovo, we use Oracle Netsuite, a Cloud-based software, as our Group ERP and consolidation system. As our ERP Specialist and Netsuite administrator you will have a hands-on role in improving our way-of-working with NetSuite. Key responsibilities are:

• Manage ERP projects such as
  • Adding new countries and products
  • Adding new functionalities such as automating the process for inbound invoices, Google sheets add-in etc.
• Support users with daily operations
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Development and improvement of processes, amongst other involving
  • Optimizing system performance
  • Optimizing the Interface with our internally developed CRM system
  • Enabling tools that will increase efficiency for the Netsuite users
• System maintenance and control
• Business Analytics to improve data-driven management (reports, dashboards, data structure)
  

You will be part of the Group’s Finance team, which is split between Oslo and Madrid, supporting our business with accounting processes, tools and data to accelerate growth in existing and new markets. You will report to the Head of Group accounting. The role will be located in Otovo’s Service Hub in Madrid.

Qualifications:

• Structured and holistic mindset
• The ability to see things in context and how things affect each other to make sound decisions and priorities
• Ability to identify and analyze root causes, suggest and implement improvements.
• Curious and independent
• Ability to learn and adapt new skills independently and continuously
• Experience with ERP-systems and/or IT-development is a must
• Experience with NetSuite-software is an advantage and preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum University bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience with specifying functional requirements for process/system improvements
• Experience with basic Finance Processes
