About Your Role

Location: European Operations Center (Calle Tiziano 5, Madrid)
We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Madrid.
The HR Manager at Operations is responsible for managing HR processes and policies within the Operations function, with a particular focus on our European Operations Center (EOC) in Madrid and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Otovo will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a dynamic, young and international environment. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in different HR areas.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Management & Coordination
- Develop and maintain HR policies and processes within Operations.
- Coordinate policies and processes relevant across all functions at the Madrid office.
Talent Management
- Lead recruitment processes for Operations positions at the EOC.
- Design and execute onboarding programs for new Operations hires.
- Manage offboarding processes for departing Operations employees at the EOC.
Payroll and Office Administration
- Coordinate payroll processes for all Otovo employees based in Madrid.
- Coordinate a self-served hiring system for hiring managers outside of Operations but in Madrid.
- Coordinate Otovo’s office presence in Madrid.
Support on Central HR Projects
- Provide support on the organizational implementation of strategic HR projects.
- Assist in rolling out HR initiatives across Europe.
- Collaborate with central HR teams to ensure alignment with broader HR strategies.

Who you are
- At least 1-2 years of experience as HR Manager or similar roles.
- Previous experience in payroll, recruitment, and HR policy development preferred, ideally in an international or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English; another European language is a plus.
