Sales Manager (w/m/d) - German and French/Italian speaking

Location: 1050 Vienna

What awaits you:

- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling photovoltaic systems to our French / Italian and German-speaking customers (B2C) in Switzerland.

- Your sales strategy relies on highly qualified, online-generated customer contacts and does not involve cold calling.

- In sales, you will be supported by our refined sales flow, where you can incorporate your own sales style.

- You clearly and convincingly present the benefits of the Otovo product portfolio in phone calls and video calls.

- You identify customer needs and desires and close the sale.

- You develop measures, processes, and your own customer base that recommend you, thus contributing to business growth.

- You consistently pursue your goals and keep the relevant KPIs in mind.

- You report directly to the Head of Sales Austria/Switzerland.

Who you are:

  • Professional experience in sales, account management, acquisition, or customer service is a plus.
  • You have a strong sales personality with excellent communication skills.
  • You have a "closing mentality" in sales, are curious, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • You are interested in technical topics.
  • High initiative, negotiation skills, determination, and openness describe you well.
  • You speak fluently German and French or Italian and have basic English skills to communicate with your international colleagues and internally in the Vienna Office.
