About your role: Strategic Project Manager

As a Strategic Project Manager at Otovo, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's rapid growth by conducting special projects as defined by the executive team. You will work as part of the Strategy & Business Development team, and are expected to take end-to-end project responsibility in an early stage of your career, collaborating with various markets and functions to drive business initiatives and market-specific projects.

In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of Otovo's business model and pan-European organization, working across various departments and markets. You must be comfortable with changing priorities and team objectives, always focusing on what will create the most value for the company. Your responsibilities will be project-specific and will be expected to work both autonomously and in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and drive key strategic projects for Otovo across 13 European countries
  • Identify problems and opportunities and propose solutions
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive proposed solutions
  • Consolidating findings and presenting solutions in a compelling manner
  • Developing and presenting implementation plans
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to execute plans and track progress

To be successful, we believe you fit the following profile:

  • Experience from a top management consulting firm (+2 years) and/or from a Business Development unit with a good track record for delivering results
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of international employees
  • Eager to scale the leading cleantech company in Europe - and are not afraid to get their hands dirty
  • Analytical and data-driven skillset with high proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint
  • Strong academic background, solid analytical skills and a commercial mindset
