About the role

As a marketplace, a critical element for our success is our network of installers. Distributed across Norway, we must ensure that they understand how our platform works, provide sufficient installation capacity, are active users of our technology, have competitive cost, and abide by our standards. The Account Manager is a critical role in ensuring all this happens, and you will be part of a team currently consisting of three AM-colleagues. The AM team is further part of the bigger operations team, also consisting of project managers, technical support and customer success. Together we work towards getting as many panels on roofs as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be to follow up a portfolio of installers active on our platform. Some will be complete beginners while others are more experienced, and the tasks and challenges you face will vary from day to day. If need be, you could need to offboard an installers from the platform. You are expected to draw heavily on relationship management and creative problem solving skills, as well as an ability to manage your goals in a structured way.

What we’re looking for

  • Enthusiasm and determination - A "get things done" and entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to independently initiate and drive results
  • Ability to build trust through clear and consistent communication to both installation partners and co-workers
  • A structured and organized head - you will need to monitor your portfolio of installers and help them with a variety of tasks, including getting onboarded to the Otovo platform quickly (strong negotiation skills is also an advantage - but anything can be learned)
  • Cooperative, humble and flexible - we're a close knit team where all work together to reach the same goals
  • Experience with using BI-tools and/or CRM tools will be a plus
  • Driver’s license preferred
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience: B2B, platform-business, start-up and/or similar Account Management role will be a plus, solar industry a big plus, but we are open-minded
