About the role
As a marketplace, a critical element for our success is our network of installers. Distributed across Norway, we must ensure that they understand how our platform works, provide sufficient installation capacity, are active users of our technology, have competitive cost, and abide by our standards. The Account Manager is a critical role in ensuring all this happens, and you will be part of a team currently consisting of three AM-colleagues. The AM team is further part of the bigger operations team, also consisting of project managers, technical support and customer success. Together we work towards getting as many panels on roofs as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be to follow up a portfolio of installers active on our platform. Some will be complete beginners while others are more experienced, and the tasks and challenges you face will vary from day to day. If need be, you could need to offboard an installers from the platform. You are expected to draw heavily on relationship management and creative problem solving skills, as well as an ability to manage your goals in a structured way.
