Customer Success Manager Scandinavia

Otovo is looking for a driven Customer Success Manager who delivers results every day and is passionate about solar energy and customer service. You will join a fast growing, well funded startup with ambitious goals for international expansion. As our Customer Success Manager you will be a part of the operation’s team. You will be responsible for project interacting with with Otovo’s customers and ensuring customers love the Otovo customer experience.

Otovo is setting out to be the number one solar energy company in Europe. We’re building a platform on which hundreds of renewable energy installers input their products, prices and coverage and where we use that information to provide Otovo-branded standout services to people who want a solar energy system in their home. Customers get the best prices from local, high-quality installers who all adhere to the Otovo product standards in delivering roof-top solar systems.

Otovo is a customer oriented company, with electronic storefronts and a high presence in traditional and social media. We sell solutions to end-customers through our online platform, and maintain a life-cycle customer relationship from leads to support and recurring services. All our deliveries to our end-customers are handled via framework agreements with subcontractors.


Responsibilities

As Customer Success Manager you will be in a high-paced job where you will be responsible for meeting weekly and monthly targets for throughput and customer satisfaction through

  • Register and distribute incoming requests from current and potential customers
  • Interact with customer through channel like chat and social media
  • Be responsible for the process of retrieving customer feedback and accountable for Otovo’s customer satisfaction score
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Administering registration and reporting of solar subsidies to stakeholders
  • Invoicing and follow up of non-paying customers

As Customer Success Manager you will be a part of the operations team, cooperating closely with project managers and technical support agents for follow up of customers and developing strategies for customer relations. You will be key in collecting and presenting feedback to installers on their customer management in cooperation with account managers. You will cooperate closely with the finance team in order to follow up unpaid customer invoices. The role is reporting to Head of Operations.


Requirements

You are a candidate with strong personal drive, integrity and attention to detail. You have experience with customer service and are driven by creating valuable experiences for customers. You thrive in a high-energy work environment. You have an intuitive understanding for prioritization, and know that keeping the customer informed and satisfied is always important.


What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience: preferably online, with tools such as Zendesk or Hubspot;
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Have service oriented and positive attitude
  • Self driven with a positive mindset
  • Have strong problem solving skills and known for getting things done
  • Organization and structuring abilities, able to manage a number of tasks in a high paced environment
  • Enjoy working in teams
  • Administrative background preferred, knowledge of solar energy or electricity is a plus but not required.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and/or Swedish, proficient in English

Other

Location: Oslo city centre

Compensation: Competitive compensation to match skills and experience. Bonus available.

Pension and social security as per Norwegian standards.

Re-location fee receivable for candidates not located in Oslo.
