We have come a long way since launching in 2016 — we're in Norway, Sweden, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany and Brazil and we won't stop expanding.

We'd like your help

We are looking for a motivated professional with capability to work both hands on with visual design and maintenance of all marketing graphic design materials as well as managing our global brand representation by making sure that Otovo’s brand expression is coherent across all our seven markets.

As Otovo grows, so does our need to make sure our marketing and branding efforts are top notch regardless of platform, channel, online or offline. That’s where you come in; as the central resource managing all creative productions, you’re responsible for producing all kinds of marketing materials as well as assuring that all output are of highest quality and aligned with our brand guidelines.

Furthermore, you’ll also be part of coming up with new global creative concepts and planning seasonal campaigns for our paid and organic channels together with our local marketing managers. This at the same time as you own the entire process from organizing photoshoots to creating assets in coordination with local markets and agencies.

What you will do

• Create & develop outstanding visual communication concepts that engage and convert (digital paid, organic campaigns, digital static and motion, newsletters, email campaigns, print materials, reports, banners, event materials, presentations, thumbnail creation, etc.)
• Produce designs and assets to support campaigns and product updates
• Work closely with all members of the team and local marketing managers to deliver on-brand deliverables, continually optimizing the performance of design deliverables
• Be the gatekeeper of our brand centre and design system making sure all creative outcomes are aligned with our brand guidelines and coherent across markets
• Get raw materials for our ads by organizing photo shoots of our solar installations across Europe

We expect you to be

• Experienced in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Aftereffects, Photoshop) or any similar tools
• Master of adaptation with a good understanding of platform nuances, formats and best practices - Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Snapchat, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc.
• Proficient in English

It’s a plus if you

• Have prior experience from branding/design agency
• Speak Swedish, Norwegian, German, Polish, French, Spanish or Italian
