Otovo is looking for a star candidate to join our Swedish team as Head Of Operations, leading a growing team and reporting directly to the General Manager.
You will join a team based in Stockholm working to build the energy company of the future, together with more than 250 international colleagues based in 7 countries in Europe.

About your Role
As Head of Operations, you’ll be responsible for delivering best in class installations to our customers, ensuring timely delivery, quality without compromises, customer satisfaction, and respect of HSE requirements through:
- Leading the Operations teams in Sweden;
- Managing our network of partner installers across the country;
- Planning, implementing, and supervising our installation activities;
- Increasing and improving our installer base ensuring the right capacity and quality for installations, also via a dedicated audit of the activities;
- Ensuring, with the support of our central team, the right setup for the national supply chain;
- Defining strategic agreements with Manufacturers and Distributors both in Sweden and internationally;
- Hiring, training, and motivating a team of rockstars to support our growth in the country;
- Working in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure continuous improvement in our internal processes;
- Ensuring a strong connection with our central teams (Product, Supply chain, Operations) and other country teams to ensure knowledge and feedback sharing;
- Optimizing and automating our processes to ensure we can scale quickly;
- Defining and structuring our post-order processes to ensure continuous support to our beloved customers after the installations.
To be successful in this role:
- 5-10 years of professional experience. Experience in the Photovoltaic field is a plus
- Proven track record managing operations and leading teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Dynamism, autonomy, rigor, sense of prioritization
- Mastery of IT tools, especially CRM
- Currently based in Stockholm or willing to relocate
- Native Swedish speaker, and fluent in English
- Experience managing third party stakeholders is a plus
