About the role

You will join a young and dynamic team of Project Managers who manage the installation processes of our customers' photovoltaic systems. You will work on project assignments under the supervision of the Operations Manager and progressively develop knowledge and skills in project management, particularly in the photovoltaic industry. You will contribute concretely to defining new processes and working methodologies, helping the team to improve.

Under the supervision of the mentor, you will be responsible for:

• assisting in project activities with focus on deadlines and objectives;
• overseeing and collecting information about the status of the connection practices of most of the PV systems installed by Otovo, getting in touch with partner installers on a daily basis;
• defining a strategy for collecting and sharing this information to other interested teams in Otovo;
• mapping processes and defining areas for process improvement and optimization;
• actively participating in the management of critical cases and problems related to the installations;
• supporting the team in managing the relations with the installers assigned to Otovo projects;
• preparing works for the permitting activities (filing of correspondence, check list of requested documentation, preparation of power point, etc…);
• Site visits, when needed

At the same time we will give you the opportunity to test yourself by carrying out a lot of training

What we are looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Economics
• Strongly interested in growing by testing himself/herself with increasingly complex projects;
• Capable of working on multiple projects at the same time and tolerate work stress without compromising quality standards and compliance with project timelines;
• Very good communication skills;
• Team worker;
• Proactive and motivated;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

During your first week in Otovo, you’ll be able to learn everything about the photovoltaic world. Hence, it’s not mandatory to have experience in the sector.
