Partner with Finance and Human Resources to oversee workers' compensation, general liability, auto liability, and property claims while identifying trends and implementing preventative measures.
Develop and maintain global safety dashboards and key performance indicators, including TRIR, DART, severity rates, vehicle incident rates, training completion, audit findings, and corrective action closure.
Conduct operational audits and field reviews to verify compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote consistent execution across all regions.
Partner with Operations and Training teams to integrate safety expectations into onboarding, technician qualification, field procedures, and leadership development programs.
Support business continuity planning and organizational preparedness for severe weather events, natural disasters, geopolitical disruptions, supply chain interruptions, and other critical business risks.
Partner with executive leadership to identify emerging risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support informed business decision-making.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to regional leaders, field managers, and operational teams to strengthen risk awareness and accountability.
