Account Manager

Otovo is looking for a proactive and curious Account Manager for its Italian team.

About the role:

We are looking for a talented resource who will cover the role of Account Manager. You will join the Account Management team to contribute to the management and acquisition of new installer partners to expand Otovo's network in Italy: relationships with installers are fundamental for the growth of our business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationship with local installers throughout the country.
  • Screening, cold calling and management of the process of selection and acquisition of new partners
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure achievement of set goals and KPIs
  • Manage accounts and necessary reporting through our CRM.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our service to enhance Otovo's value proposition.
  • Meet regularly and work together with all other team members to discuss progress and find new opportunities to strengthen the business.

Job requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and determination
  • Ease and confidence when reaching out to new partners including cold calling.
  • Clear and convincing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a large pipeline of contacts and use all available acquisition techniques
  • Passion for building long term partnership
  • Data driven and target-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a team
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales /account management, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sector
  • Good knowledge of English (B2-C1) for coordinating with Otovo's international team

  • Final interview with the Italian GM at our office!
