We need your help

Due to solid growth, Otovo has determined to establish a new marketing hub in Madrid which will cover SEO, Performance Marketing, Design and Content creation for some of the group's markets.Accordingly, Otovo is seeking a Head of Content to oversee our content creation team and ensure the successful production of performance marketing ads, organic social media posts and other marketing collateral. The Head of Content will be responsible for managing two designers, as well as setting up and implementing effective processes for content creation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing content teams and be able to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage and oversee the written and multimedia content creation process , ensuring that all deliverables are produced on time and to the highest standard.
• Develop and implement processes for creating and managing content, including establishing timelines, workflows, and quality control measures.
• Manage a team of two designers, providing clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop creative concepts and content strategies that align with the agency's objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content creation, design, and marketing to ensure the agency's content is innovative and relevant.
• Analyze content performance data and provide recommendations for improving content effectiveness and engagement.

Who we think you are:

• Currently based or willing to relocate to Madrid
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and experience in establishing workflows and processes.
• Professional level of English
• Experience managing designers and other creative professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of creating effective content for performance marketing and social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in using creative software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
