Founded in 2016 in Norway, Otovo has rapidly scaled its platform, and it is currently operating in 13 countries: Norway, Sweden, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium.

We are building out our first ever lead qualifier team in Otovo, which means you’ll have an opportunity to join a growing team, learn new skills, make an impact, and forge a career in one of the fastest-growing company in Europe.

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Lead Qualifier, to join our European team in Madrid. In this role you will qualify Italian customers and ensure the presence of all the information needed to carry out business development activities.

Your responsibilities in more details:

  • As a Lead Qualifier, you are responsible for the first contact with the customers (B2C).
  • You are the first to contact the B2C leads and gather relevant information for further sales flow.
  • You present the advantages of the Otovo product portfolio clearly and convincingly.
  • You identify customer needs and wishes and document them in the system.
  • You consistently pursue your goals and always keep an eye on the relevant KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Clear and convincing communication.
  • Sales and customer-centric mindset
  • You speak Italian at native level and have a good command of English to be able to communicate with your international colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to work both in team and independently

Hiring process

  • Screening phase
  • 1st interview with HR where we get to know each other (remote)
  • 2nd interview with your future manager, to understand your skills (remote)
  • Final Interview with the Italian GM and VP Service

Type of contract: Permanent

In addition to your fixed salary, a variable part will be added based on your objectives
