We are currently expanding the Swedish team and are looking for someone who shares our passion for clean energy and building an innovative business.


Your role at Otovo
Partnerships Manager Sweden
Start: As soon as possible
Location: Stockholm office based.


Your tasks
As an Otovo Partnerships Manager, you will own the Partnerships business for Sweden and be in charge of onboarding partners as well as managing them over time. The mutual goal is generating new demand and increase revenues by accelerating the adoption of solar from their customers. As the business owner of this country, you plot a strategy for acquisition and own the portfolio that you
acquire. This includes mapping, shortlisting and engagement of prioritized partners.

  • You will pitch with clarity and confidence the benefits of partnering with Otovo to potential partners belonging to diverse industries.
  • You will make sure of the proper technical setup and right implementation with each partner, laying the basis for a solid collaboration.
  • You will be in charge of optimizing performance and will have targets of portfolio farming over time.
  • You will work closely with other Otovo functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, to make sure the potential of the partnership is fully exploited.
  • You will contribute to the international Partnerships team with feedback loop and ad hoc projects.


What we look for

  • A doer with hands-on mentality who is ready to roll up their sleeves wanting to join a start-up environment in an entrepreneurial role
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales /account management, preferably within renewable energy or with a strong personal interest in renewables.
  • University degree or a professional commercial training.
  • Passion for building long term partnerships.
  • Ease and confidence in reaching out to new partners, including prospecting and cold calling.
  • Clear and convincing communication skills.
  • Courage to question the status quo and come up with out of the box solutions.
  • Data driven and target focused approach.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
