We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Oslo.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be part of a small, efficient data team of two that reports directly to the VP of Engineering.

You will have a high level of freedom and responsibility, analyzing and exposing data to our internal users.

Our data extraction process utilizes Stitch and Fivetran, bringing data into AWS Redshift from various in-house and external sources.

We manage, clean, and transform the data using DBT, and the resulting datasets are exposed in Looker via DBT Contracts for general consumption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Learn and utilize DBT for data transformation processes (if not already familiar). Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with managing BI platforms, such as Looker.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • High level of ownership and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DBT (or willingness to learn on the job).
  • Advanced analytics skills.

Experience and Education:

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • BSc or higher in a related field is preferred, but not strictly required with the right job experience.
