Your role at Otovo

Sales Manager B2C (f/m/d)

  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Location: Brussels, min. 50% office preferred

  • Your tasks
  • As Sales Manager you will be spearheading Otovo’s B2C growth in Belgium.
  • Identify customer needs, create pitches targeted to Belgium market, understand the competitive landscape.
  • Lead by example: build and execute an ambitious sales pipeline helping individuals and families across Belgium obtain rooftop and battery installations.
  • You will be provided with qualified leads, who registered their interest in buying solar systems on the Otovo website. No cold calling will be required.
  • You will pitch the Otovo products to B2C customers in a clear, conscious and convincing manner.
  • You will identify the customer's needs and take appropriate actions.
  • You will identify and implement strategies leading to higher conversion rates.
  • You will have a result oriented approach, always keeping your targets in your mind.
  • Depending on your experience, coach and train junior colleagues in order to help them build their professional skills and achieve their potential

What we look for

  • A doer with a hands-on mentality.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or customer success experience, preferably within renewable energy or construction.
  • University degree or a professional commercial training.
  • Clear and convincing communication skills.
  • A results oriented mindset.
  • Courage to question the status quo and come up with out of the box solutions.
  • Fluent in Dutch and also preferably French, proficient in written and spoken English
