As we scale, strong field service operations are essential to delivering high-quality systems and great customer experiences.
The Role
We are looking for a Field Service Manager (f/m/x) to own and continuously improve Otovo’s field service operations across Europe. You will be responsible for technician performance, service quality, and execution consistency, bridging strategy with day-to-day field operations across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution and follow-up of field service operations across Europe
- Ensure service jobs meet Otovo’s quality standards, timelines, and SOPs
- Monitor technician and partner performance using KPIs, providing feedback and coaching
- Support onboarding and performance management of technicians and service partners
- Coordinate closely with planning, logistics, and customer operations teams
- Handle escalated service cases and drive root-cause analysis
- Identify recurring challenges and contribute to process and tooling improvements
- Support standardisation and scaling of service operations across markets
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Experience managing or coordinating field service operations in a technical environment
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution quality
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions
- Comfortable working with KPIs and operational data
- Fluent in English (any other European language will be considered a plus)
- Availability for occasional travel within Europe
Preferred
- Experience in solar, energy, EV charging, or related technical services
- Experience working with subcontractors or partner-based service models
- Familiarity with field service tools or CRM systems
